Refund policy
Effective 15 October 2026. Support: mo.gomaa.formal@gmail.com. Include your Paddle order/transaction reference and describe the issue. Do not send a PDF, payment card number or recovery key.
Unused and failed processing
Unused processing credit is eligible for a refund to the original payment method, subject to purchase-ownership verification and applicable law. There is no blanket short deadline for requesting unused-credit review. Work that has not started can be cancelled through the workspace to release the hold; a released hold returns processing credit, not a bank payment. Failed or unprocessed sections are not charged. Successful processing already delivered is normally chargeable; if output is defective, contact us for review, correction, replacement credit or a refund where appropriate. The trial and source-linked review help you assess suitability, but do not waive statutory rights.
How requests are handled
We review the receipt, consumed and unused allowances and the problem reported, and aim to respond within seven business days. Approved payment refunds are processed through Paddle; bank/card posting time depends on Paddle and the payment provider. You may also use the support route on your Paddle receipt. Sales-tax adjustments and any mandatory cancellation/refund rights follow Paddle's applicable rules and the law. We do not automatically deduct processing fees from refunds.
Refunded or charged-back credit is removed from the workspace. A disputed/refunded payment that has already funded work can leave a negative credit balance and prevent new processing. Completed output remains downloadable until its ordinary expiry. Reversals of disputes require review before credit is reinstated; replayed notifications cannot silently re-grant revoked funds. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer remedies.
